Trouble adding new user to FMC

I added a new user to FMC, but when running the test, it's saying the user doesn't exist:

user :admin
attrib :sAMAccountName
ldap_result: 32 -No such object

The user does exist in my domain, so not sure what else to try.

I was using incorrect LDAP format.
