I am trying to install the CSCti41352 patch for Ciscoworks common services pacth on a windows platform. When I run the script file I get the following error " Absolute path name of the Temp directory contains space remove the spaces from the directory name and continue installing the patch."
I am assuming beings I have Cisco LMS installed in this location "program files\cscopx" that this is my issue. is there a way tog et around this error?

This is normally seen when your environment variable for temp contains spaces in the path. If you could temporarily set your Windows temp environment variable to a value without spaces, you should be able to install the patch.
You can see the temp variable value from the command prompt by typing 'set' or via the System applet in the Control Panel. In the System applet navigate to Advanced>Environment Variables. You should also be able to adjust the values in this applet.
