Unable to boot Firepower 2110

By some reason, our company client FP 2110 is in Rommon mode . I have loaded the ASA in the USB stick and trying to boot, however, constantly getting the below error. Can someone guide me what needs to be done now ?

 

%ERROR - Failed to get Act 2 cookie information.
Controller: 0000, Addr: 0070, I2C Slave Device not found

%ERROR - Failed to read Act 2 library mode.

%ERROR - Failed to get Act 2 cookie information.
ERROR: Unable to find the configured Controller ID within the IDPROM

@VijayBhargavR8067 seems like a hardware failure? Probably best to contact TAC.

Make sure you use the right USB, some time new USB may have issue, so use OLD USB 4 or 8GB one with Fat format and try :
