Unable to delete user from GUI

Hi Team,

we are getting below error while deleting the user from GUI.

Error : Error deleting user

Also i have tried to delete from CLI using below command

usertool.pl -D username

getting error " unable to delete the user while they are logged in "

I also tried to add the user in CLI using " useradd " command but getting error " useradd : group '1000' does not exist "

i surprised that that user only shown in GUI not CLI(/etc/passwd & /etc/shadow)

Device model : Firepower 7010

please suggest how i can proceed further to delete the user.

can anyone help for this

Have you tried rebooting the device?

You will probably need to open a TAC case to get this sorted as most of the common troubleshooting tasks have already been performed.

Yes, device has rebooted but still issue same.

You could try to reboot into single user mode (interrupt boot process as if you were doing admin user password recovery) and then remove the user while in that mode.
