Unable to deploy updated policy to a specific SFR Module

I have an FMC where multiple clients are being managed. I updated policy (Blocked some IPs) for one client and when trying to deploy the policy, the task gets stuck for a good 20-30 minutes and then I get the error "Deployment failed due to configuration error. If problem persists after retrying, contact Cisco TAC"

I have already opened a case with TAC support and the Tech I got is still looking into this. I was just wondering if I can gain some time and maybe fix it with everyone's help.

Verify that you are not using country specific characters or special characters in object rule names and descriptions, sometimes that can break the deployments.
I try to just use alphanumeric to not get any issues.
