Hi,

Can you remove this command:

http server enable

and add:

http server enable 8443

and then open up a browser and type in:

https://:8443

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Varun

The port 443 might be used by some other service on the inside interface, prob by webvpn or any other service. That can be identified after having a look at the complete configuration.

Please mark the thread as answered if the issue is resolved.

Hi,

Can you share the output of "show run http" and "show run asdm" from the firewall?

Varun

Thanks,
Varun Rao

Hi Varun,

There are the outputs:

ASA-DS3# sh run http

http server enable

http server idle-timeout 10

http 10.100.51.0 255.255.255.0 inside

ASA-DS3# sh run asdm

asdm image disk0:/asdm-631.bin

no asdm history enable

ASA-DS3#

Thanks

Varun

Let me know  why this not working with a normal (443) port please?

Thanks

Orlando

Ok, Thanks. It's true maybe the 443 port is used for other services like webvpn...

Hi,

I have the same problem and tried to fix everything. I am using windows 10 and java ver 8 update 65

Nothing work but one thing I was missing is that  "In Windows 10, the Edge browser does not support plug-ins and therefore will not run Java."

I switch to a different browser (Firefox or Internet Explorer 11) and it works.

Thanks

Wajeeh
