HI,
Getting following logs on Cisco ASA firewall, Avaya phones are getting disconnected.
Please let us know how to fix this issue.

Have you configured H323 inspection on your ASA? If not, do so and test again.

I had the opposite issue, if this didn't fix your issue, you may want to try disabling H323 inspection. I went through the GUI under Firewall>Service Policy Rules>Global>Inspection_Default>Rule Actions>Protocol Inspection, and unchecked H.323 H225. After I saved and applied, the logs no longer showed the error.
