@Rock29 when did it stop? what error messages do you get?
6.2 is a very old version, my initial thought was this field notice - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/field-notices/721/fn72103.html not sure it is related, as no mention of Geodb updates. Regardless it's worth upgrading/patch FMC.

@Rock29 bear in mind I'm not saying that field notice applies to you, I just recommend you upgrade in general.
ASA 5516-X supports up to FPS version 7.0.6 and therefore you can run up to the latest version of 7.3 on the FMC. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/secure-firewall/compatibility/management-center-compatibility.html
You'd have to perform an interim version upgrade from FMC 6.2 to 6.6, then upgrade to the higher 7.x version (ideally). https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/secure-firewall/upgrade/device-manager/710/upgrade-fdm-710/upgrade-threat-defense.html

@Rock29 I think you should log a call with TAC to troubleshoot this issue.
