Hi all... I finally upgraded my RAM to 1gb and I can move on to latest sotware for my asa
Till now, I've been stucked to 8.0.5 , and now I need to upgrade to latest 8.4.3 version.
I have done a little search, but I want advice from you guys and guru's here
Can you please tell me the upgrade path ( can I upgrade directly to 8.4.3) , what about current config file (mine is pretty complex) , can I import old config in to the new 8.4.3 software , what about nat statement that has changed?
Also please have in mind that I have a fallower unit that also need to be upgraded so what about that, is there any complete upggrade guide in detail ?
Thank you in advance
Best Regards

Hi,
To upgrade from the version 8.0.5 to 8.4.3, you would need to follow this:
8.0.5 -->8.2.5--->8.4.3
When you upgrade from the 8.2.5 ---> 8.4.3, the configuraion would be converted automatically, the nat and acl changes would be done itself and you dont need to restore anything.
follow this link, this should be helpful to you:

Hope that helps,
Thanks,
