Upgrade from CSM 4.2 sp1 to CSM 4.4 sp2

Hi,

We want to upgrade CSM application in our organisation from 4.2sp1 to 4.4 sp2.

We want to put it on same servers that current CSM is running on. (We have HA mode setup), I wanted to know if I need to download 4.4 and then upgrade to 4.4 sp2 or I can just download 4.4sp2 and that will be enough for upgrade?

You need to first upgrade to your 4.2 SP1 to 4.4 (base) and then you can move on to 4.4 SP2 (skipping SP1 is OK since SP2 is cumulative).
