@Knassi the simplest method is to just literally login to the FDM GUI, click updates, click browse under system update and upload the upgrade package. Then install.
You can download the upgrade package from the Cisco wbsite - https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286322194/type/286306337/release/7.0.5
You would obviously want to take a backup before the upgrade.
