unable to access necessary page to download new version (6.2).
Something about the authorization invalid. I am able to post messages to this forum I must be logged in. Can someone advise me how to obtain the necessary file?

Have you been able to get there before? If not, your CCO ID may not be authorized to download software.
Try going here:
http://www.cisco.com/ciscodotcom/toolkit/partner/submit_a_question.html
and getting them to check your login. Not much we cna do from here. Make sure you also include the full error message you're getting so they can help you out properly.

Thanks for your reply.
I've sent out 2 messages via this route, I don't get a coherent response. I simply received one e-mail that another will follow with the resolution and the next one says case is closed as it's now been resolved ?!
This has happened twice.
