Hi all,
I've a cisco PIX model 515 with OS version 6.0(1), i want to upgrade the OS to a newer version, i know it needs a RAM upgrade to go with the OS version 7. But what i'm asking about, is...
Now i want to upgrade it to version 6.3, for this do i need a new activation key?!!, and if you can help me with URL for the upgrade purpose

Make sure you save the existing activation key, this is what you need to use again when you upgrade the firewall to a newer IOS.
Also be careful when you are upgrading from 6.0 to something like 7.2. There are 2 steps required to do this sucessfully. You will first have to upgrade this to an IOS below 7.2 due to the Pix memory and file systems and the way Pix makes use of it memory.
Then finally upgrade from that IOS to 7.2
