Good morning Team,
On VM test running Windows2016, I am migrating CSM 4.25 from
version 4.24.
The migration went off without a hitch
(I've got all my appliances back and can handle them without any problems).
When I decide to migrate to CSM 4.26, the installation doesn't work.
I receive the
message1
"CSM is executing backup for 4.25 before proceeding with the upgrade installation under C:\PROGRA~2\425_Backup.
Do not delete or rename the backup folder until the update is complete" -->OK
message2
"Backup process failed.
Please raise a TAC case by attaching\automaticbackup in Zip format."
How to debug it?

The database restart service restarted with a delay.
After successful installation of version 4.25 and reboot of the machine, the new "Cisco Security Manager AUS database engine" service did not restart.
I had to reboot the machine several times so that the service could also restart.
This allowed me to consider the problem as solved.
