If that is the whole of the company, many organizations that size go with one of the Unified Threat Management (UTM) appliances from a source other than Cisco. Something like one of the smaller Dell SonicWall products is very popular.
In the Cisco offerings, there are the Meraki MX and ASA 5500-X products. Neither covers email security though. You would need to add a Cisco ESA for that - it can run in on a hardware appliance or in a VM.
