hi
i want to block facebook at my home. I am using Cisco 892 Router with 12.4 ios version.
I have also configurated a zone firewall. i found some solutions , beu they can block only HTTP requests.(not HTTPS)
Is it have any way to block web site (such as facebook for example) using CCP2.8?
Do i need something more like IPS or i can do it only with Router IOS?
Thanks

Hi,
I think you would need an external Standalone device for blocking HTTPS requests as those are encrypted.
Something like Websense or Secure Computing URL blocking devices would work fine.
