After successfully adding LDAP on my ASA Firepower, i have tried blocking/allowing a web site to a particular user. Unfortunately the condition is not working. If i use an IP address instead then the site is successfully allowed/blocked.
I am using ASDM to manage Firepower. Do i have to perform any additional configuration on my ASA in order to be able to block URLs using AD users?
Kind Regards

Hello ptoumbas, I was wondering if you were ever able to resolve this issue? I am experiencing the same problem. Thanks.

Hi,
There was a missing license on Firesight. If you add an identity realm then you should be able to perform url filtering based on AD groups/users. I am using ASDM to manage my Firepower. If you are using Firesight to control your module you need an additional license.
