URL List entry in FMC not working properly using wildcards

I have a problem with a URL list in the FMC.

I have created a URL list object there.

I have saved the URLs in a text document and uploaded them to the FMC.

So far, all URLs that I have stored there work. I can also see in the unified events that the corresponding access policy is being used.

Nevertheless, there is a web address that doesn't work. This is official, so I can name it here.

https://app.documentchecker.com/

I have tried it with different variations:

*.app.documentchecker.com

https://app.documentchecker.com

But the clients cannot access this address.

There is always a timeout. Apparently there are also pages for forwarding, I have also added these.

But unfortunately without success. Have I done something wrong here, or do I need to add something?

The website works without the URL list.

Sounds like there are some redirections in the background that should also be allowed. I know you mentioned this in your post, but probably there are other URLs that haven't been added. I think you can check that with any online HTTP redirection tool or from the developer tool in your browser.
