Users are not automatically downloading the umbrella module via ASA

We've just rolled out a new version of Anyconnect 4.10.0511 via SCCM, However some users' umbrella module has not been kept?

We also have some build machines where we're not able to download the Umbrella module. We usually connect the machine to the VPN and it automatically downloads the Umbrella module

Does the version of Anyconnect client on the FW need to match the version on the user's machine to invoke an umbrella module download?

We've Figured this out, if the version of Anyconnect is newer on the client machine than the ASA, the Anyconnect client will not download the Umbrella module.
