HiWe have configured Talos and Cisco CCO ID for one of our Cu and also subscribed his ID for the VDB and other update notification. Unfortunately our Cu has not received any email on VDB update.Regards,

Hello Team,
Could you please explain the procedure that you did, Where you configured it ? Usually if you have a CCOID you can receive the notification for VDB , SRU or any release updates via following option.
Click on below software section link in Cisco Website:-
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=286259687&softwareid=286271056&release=Rules%20Updates&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
Click on edit notification on the right top hand side and once after clicking you will receive the pop window asking for options that you want to choose. I personally use this. Let me know if thsi works for you.

I had configured the notification setting as mentioned in your notification. I will check it and let you know the results

Hello Adan,
Just monitor it for this week. Verify if you are receiving updates or note. Mostly if you selected SRU updates you will receive in this week itself.

Hello Jetsy,
I had recieved the notification from Cisco for yesterdays update. But Until now i didn't recieve email from cisco for the rule update even though there was a rule update yesterday, Please advise.....

Hello Adnan,
After 8th , there was a rule release for 13th .
I had received the notification for the rule release of 13th June just 30 minutes back .
Can you double check it and wait till today and let me know.
