We have two vFMCs. We purchased the licenses SF-FMC-VMW-K9. To my understanding these are perpetual licenses for 25 devices. I have 50 available licences on Smart License Portal.
I am seeing this error message on vFMC: 'Smart License usage is out-of-compliance '. It showed up when we switches the role of FMCs and reverted back.
When I chekc the Smart License portal it shows insufficient license for SF-FMC-VMW-300-K9. I am not sure why vFMC is tied with this license type (probably an eval licnense) and it does not have sufficient quantity. I have 50 unusued SF-FMC-VMW-K9 license and I believe the vFMC should be tied to this license.
Now my question is what needs to be done to attach the vFMCs from SF-FMC-VMW-300-K9 to SF-FMC-VMW-K9 license. It is confusing.
