virtual ISE Collection Failure in PI 2.2

We're using a virtual ISE, which I have now added to Prime.

First thing: Device type is set to 'unsupported Cisco Device' - but Prime 2.2 is supporting ISE 1.2.x isn't it.

Anyway.. CLI and GUI Credentials are set correctly but after synchronizing it says 'Partial Collection Failure - CLI Timeout'

Even after setting the SSHv2 Timeout so 120secs it happened again.

Any Ideas?

Thanks a lot

Prime Infrastructure integrates with an ISE server as a data source. You add that via the Administration page on PI.

It doesn't really manage an ISE server except in the most basic sense (up/down) as it would any generic server. It won't collect or change the ISE configurations via SSH or poll it via SNMP as it would for a Cisco switch, router or WLC.
