VMS License Issue

Hi,

I received the .lic file from Cisco and copied it to the local drive, but when I try to import, there is an error message.

Can I copy the license file more than ones, from directory to an other?

Any advice?

Hey there -

The file cannot change in anyway from how it was e-mailed to you.

Sometimes, I have problems with a VMS license when I save it from my mail client to my PC because the mail client sometimes appends a .txt to the end of the file.

Make sure the file ends in .lic. If this continue to pose an issue, the licensing team can issue you the license again.
