Hi,
I've been tasked with cleaning up some old client configurations. Haven't seen this before on an ASA...
vpdn group INTERNET request dialout pppoe
vpdn group INTERNET localname username@sitename.com
vpdn group INTERNET ppp authentication pap
vpdn username username@sitename.com password foobar
Does this have something to do with a voip configuration?
What is it?
I googled it and it looks like it was used on routers.
How can I tell if it is being used or can be removed?
Thanks.

those commands were used on the pix to get the IP from the ISP bye PPOE. Nothing to do with VoIP

guess not...
ciscoasa# sh vpdn session state
%No active L2TP tunnels
%No active PPTP tunnels
%No active PPPoE tunnels
