Configure split tunneling using the “vpngroup split-tunnel” command or configure it on the client side. See the command reference for details.

I cannot see there is the command on PIX. Would you tell what exactly the command line is?

It talks about the command in the command reference at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/iaabu/pix/ but make sure you are using a supported version of PIX code.
