VPN 3030 Authentication with PPTP

Hello,

I have one vpn concentrator 3030 supporting pptp connections with radius authentication (radiator).

I put the service online and all working fine at the beggining (the first 2 ou 3 hours), with some users to authenticate and using the service. After this time, without explanation, the authentication mechanism left to work (no changes in configuration of concentrator or radius).

After some debug, i verified that concentrator was not contacting the radius server. But if i make a authentication Test in Configuration/System/Servers/Authentication/My_Radius/Server, the authentication works fine.

Then i changed the authentication process to the Internal Server (with one internal user) and the result was the same: the authentication dont work.

The software version of VPN is 4.1.7.D.

I only use the Default Group.

The logs also dont help much... Always the same, with internal or external authentication:

Thanks in advance,

Did you check the release notes for any compatability issues between the concentrator and the Radiator server?
