Vpn and RDC printing

I have a client that is running a vpn with a 2651. They connect the VPN with

4.8.02 software.

the VPN connects fine, and they can connect with RDC, and disc drives will show up if the option is checked, but the printers are not pulling to the host machine. All the drivers are loaded etc. The host machine is XP SP2

Is there a setting/port they are missing on the 2651?

I'm sure it is something basic, but it is a new network for me.

Hi

Could you try the following:

Go to the Properties of the Ethernet Adapter.

Select TCP/IP and click Properties.

Click Advanced.

Click the WINS tab.

Check the Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP option.

Then give it a try.
