Can you please answer the following questions?

  • Which operating system are you using?
  • Which VPN Client version?
  • Which internet connection is your client machine using?

Hi,

- Im using win 7 and 8

- VPN Client 5.0.07.0290

- home DSL

thanks

Are you using the DSL over the Wifi, or connected to a switch/ethernet port.

Are you using 32bit or 64bit?

Are you experiencing the same issues on both OS's?

I don't think that the Legacy Client is supported on windows 8. Please explain the exact scenario on both operating systems when you experience the issue?

hi

the only problem is when I'm using my DSL at home i cant ping the network

but if im using my hotspot it working

Ok. Are you connecting to your DSL via WIFI or Ethernet?

IS it 32 or 64 bit?

Windows 8 or Windows 7 machine?

Please tell me what you mean by Hotspot?

On DSL via Wifi

im using 8 and 7

hotspot is a mobile internet access

Good day.

I don't know your Service Provider setup. But if you can connect over the mobile connection, and not over the DSL, it could be that your DSL Service Proivideris doing some NAT. This could cause some SPI errors. What do you see in the log on the ASA?
