VPN set up and NAT question

Hi,I have to set two sites through VPN connection with ASA 5505 ,should two interfaces "outside" be in the same subnet?

And do I have to set NAT?

No they shouldnt.

You can create exemp NAT rule so the traffic between sites wont be translated.
