When i put "show wccp 90" am getting following output. But in actual configuration, i have normal wccp configs like redirect list, web-cache group, interface, service declaration.
Could someone tell where to configure this router identifier ???

Hi,
Which device is this? Also, router id is the highest loopback ip address of the router or highest physical IP of the router on which wccp is configured and this is chosen automatically. In newer versions there is an option to configure the RID. Please have a look below:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios-xml/ios/ipapp/configuration/xe-3sg/iap-xe-3sg-book/iap-wccp-cfg-rtr-id.html#GUID-48C7C356-B8ED-46EE-99B7-63D11F906CCA

Whatever device you are configuring WCCP on, just check if you have the option to configure the router ID.
Regards,
Kanwal
