Hi,

have you tried to clear the app caches and check it again or if you are on old version WhatsApp then have tried to update it because something is similar happened to me and when do this all my problem got solved. But after doing this all if you have still a problem with WhatsApp then try to use this WhatsApp plus just for checking but use it with separate number because it is a modified version of WhatsApp and if you use it with same number your official WhatsApp account will banned.

i use yowhatsapp it works great you can try it.

I agree, I also use yo whatsapp and it works really well! You can also try it!

I personally use GB WhatsApp Pro, the latest and best-customized version of regular WhatsApp.

Check Firewall Rules and Configuration: Verify that your firewall rules allow WhatsApp-related network traffic through the firewall. Make sure the firewall configuration does not block or interfere with the normal transmission of WhatsApp calls.

I'm sorry to bother you. Although this is an old thread, I'm having a very similar problem and I've tried updating my whatsapp but it just doesn't work,  I've used other apps with no problems. Can I ask you about your solution at the time?

Application Inspection:
Verify correct WhatsApp traffic inspection.

Firmware Updates:

YoWhatsApp is a modified version of WhatsApp that offers extra features not available in the official app. It provides customization options like changing themes, fonts, and chat backgrounds, along with additional   and enhanced media sharing capabilities.

It seems like your WhatsApp call reconnecting issue on your Firewall Firepower 2100 may be related to how the firewall handles the traffic. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

  1. Check Firewall Settings: Ensure that WhatsApp traffic is properly allowed through the firewall. Even though you've configured WhatsApp to be on the trust list, verify that all necessary ports and protocols are open for uninterrupted voice call functionality.

  2. Update Firewall Firmware: Ensure your Firewall Firepower 2100 is running the latest firmware version. Sometimes, updates include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve connectivity issues.

  3. Inspect Traffic Logs: Review the firewall logs to see if there are any specific rules triggering during WhatsApp calls. Look for any denied connections or dropped packets that might be affecting the call stability.

  4. Network Latency and Bandwidth: Check for any network latency issues or bandwidth constraints that could be impacting the quality of WhatsApp calls. Run network tests to verify if the issue persists under different network conditions.

  5. QoS Configuration: Configure Quality of Service (QoS) settings on your firewall to prioritize WhatsApp traffic. This can help ensure that voice calls receive sufficient bandwidth and are not interrupted by other network activities.

By following these steps, you should be able to diagnose and resolve the WhatsApp call reconnecting issue on your Firewall Firepower 2100 effectively. or try topfollow app and get Instagram followers.
