ZBF issue?

I did a upgrade of 2900 router version. After the upgrade lost connectivity to internet.

Phones/Email everything is working fine.

Unable to reach internet. Google IP 8.8.8.8 is not reachable.

Also,I  get theses errors in router log:

FW-6-DROP_PKT:Dropping tcp session xxxx:53709 1xxxx:443  due to  One of the interfaces not being cfged for zoning with ip ident 0

Any help?

Hi,
From the message it sounds like one of the interfaces is not configured as a member of a zone.

Please post the configuration of your router for review

Sorry.. Which interface configuration ? or which part of router configuration is needed?

It's easier if you provide the entire configuration, we can work it out the issue from there.

That message indicates that the source interface has not been assigned to a zone.

It would help if you shared a sanitised config for us to see.

I'm assuming Phones/Email are all internal (e.g no office 365).
