BGP configuration - /29 Public IP Block routing between two ISP's

Hello everyone

Referring to the attached diagram.

Got two ISP's . I got a /29 Public IP block needs to be Routed from my DMVPN setup. ( NAT is not an option for me at this point) ISP's wont publish /29 minimum requirement is /24. My /29 IP block should be routable through both ISP's if primary fails.

Can I publish a /24 with both providers and do route filtering ( Prefix list) for the /29 I would like to use for my location?

How complicated is it? Do I need to mention this to both my providers or can I do this on my router?

If I have to use prefix list/route map on my router do I need to inform the providers about any configurations?
