Resolution
For Catalyst 6500/6000 Series Switches that run in Hybrid mode, the DRAM must be calculated separately for the Supervisor and Multilayer Switch Feature Card (MSFC).
Issue the show version command to get this output from the Supervisor module:

The Supervisor module has 64 MB (65408 KB) of DRAM present.
In order to switch the console connection physically to the MSFC on the active Supervisor Engine, use the switch console [Module Number] command.
In order to switch back to the Supervisor prompt in this mode, hold down the Ctrl key and press c three times. The exit or logout command does not work when the switch console command has been used to gain access to another module.
If only one MSFC is installed, the module number does not need to be specified. For instance, only the switch console command can be used.
Now, issue the show version command from the MSFC card:

For Catalyst 6500/6000 Series Switches that run in Native IOS mode, the show version command displays the combined DRAM memory from the Supervisor and MSFC.
