What’s New

1. AgenticOps

Cisco AgenticOps is a new AI-driven way to run IT operations that turns real-time telemetry, automation, and deep domain expertise into intelligent, end-to-end actions at machine speed — while keeping you in control.

AgenticOps supercharges our networking platform and is powered by two major innovations:

  • Cisco AI Assistant (Public Beta)A natural language interface for real-time troubleshooting, workflow automation, and explainable root cause analysis.

  • Cisco AI Canvas (coming soon): A shared, generative workspace for cross-domain collaboration and intelligent, AI-guided decision-making.
