Exporting sh vlan info to Excel

Hello

I was wondering if there is a way to export the sh vlan info from a Cisco 4506 switch to a spreadsheet. Basically want to the vlans  and what port has which vlan. Gonna do this on a couple of 3560 switches too. We will be cleaning up some switches and adding a new vlan scheme. My boss wants to be able to look at the spreadsheet and see what we have.

how about show interface status | redirect (file) (this can be TFTP open in excel command separated format.

or you can use an external python script to extract to CSV format
