Core Issue

Following are the symptoms you may face during high CPU utilization in routers :

  • The router is being overloaded with traffic or the traffic not taking the optimal switching path through the router. The issue is also caused by the Blaster and Nachi worms.
  • Router not responding to ping, Input queue drops and not able to telnet.
