Resolution
When two line cards of different revision numbers are used, there is no adverse effect on the performance of the line cards (even when installed in one chassis).
For example, this scenario presents no issue:
Two similar types of line cards are implemented, where the first module is dated 12/24/2002 and has revision number 800-04116-02 Rev.A0, and the second is dated 3/26/2005 and has revision number 800-04116-03 Rev.A0.
