Resolution
There is no command to disable the reserved power for an empty slot.
The power allocated for an empty slot is non transferable, for example, it cannot be selectively or preferentially allocated to other slots or modules. The process of power redistribution happens automatically and in a particular order pre-defined by the supervisor.
In order to display the per slot power Requirement/Usage, use the show environment all command.
