Note that there's a bug in VRF-lite export of VPN RRI routes.  When a Virtual Access interface flaps and the remote IP address changes the route-export to other VRFs does not trigger an update so the destination Virtual Access interface changes in the local VRF but the exported routes in other VRFs do not get updated so are left pointing to the wrong Virtual Access interface, black-holing traffic.  We've had a TAC case open about this for more than 6 weeks already and so far TAC haven't even opened a bug for it.  It's reliably reproducible for us but TAC have not been able to reproduce it so far, but that is not really surprising as we did have to try to teach them the basics of VPN RRI routing, BGP and VRF-lite, and they seemed to be struggling to understand the basics of RRI and VRF-lite routing even after multiple WebEx sessions.
