I'm trying to determine MTBF for a Cisco Catalyst 4500 Series Supervisor Engine V. When I contacted the customer support at Cisco they require the serial number. Unfortunately the S/N for this device is 800 miles away. Can anyone tell me where to find this information? Or information for a similar device?
