Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
- Capture the command output from the show version and show stacks commands.
To determine if a known issue exists that affects the current software version, registered users can refer to the Output Interpreter tool.
- If no known issue is found, upgrade the router to the latest Cisco IOS Software version in your release train and monitor the router for another failure.
