Crypto Session Status : Can not ping remote site.

Hi,

Configuring Site to Site VPN on CISCO Routers 871 (both same identical ios version).

I can Ping the 2nd Site from 1st Site when I am connected to Console , but I can not ping from command prompt or from the site1 or site2 computers.

See attached status for the crypto session etc, and advise what may went wrong, thanks in advance.

Have you applied the crypto map S1S2 on the interface fastethernet4 ? If not done earlier, do it as shown below:

Get into config mode on the interface level then...

interface Fastethernet4

crypto map S1S2

If still facing issues, please share the crypto configuration that was installed on both the site A and site B along with the ACL configuration that was configured.

And thanks for reply.

I managed to make it work, VPN is up and running.

Now, I want to share internet from the WAN interface to the Switch LAN.

Can you help me there?

I believe I have to configure ACLs but doing that VPN setup was malfunctioning and internet didnot worked either on LAN side.
