Hi,
I created a service XYZ with FASTMAP 2 weeks ago. It was provisioned fine.
I was told that some commands caused issues and supports manually fixed the
bad command.
Recently, I used
"show config devices device devName config | display service-meta-data"
to check some other services. But I found the service XYZ does not have any backpointers and reference counts. The provisioned commands are still there and works fine.
I have never seen this before, the manual fix was done on device and should not
impact NSO's records.
Is there any other events that might erase the backpointer/ref-count?
How to make the backpointer back?
