Can NSO automatically perform an Action based on Notifications Received from Device?

Hi Team,

Can someone confirm if NSO can Automatically perform an action based on Notifications received from the Device? 

Ex: if NSO received any change notifications (VRF change) from the Device, can we configure to do sync-from or sync-to?

Yes, you can use notification kickers, there is documentation and an example in the kicker chapter of the development guide.
