NSO is not able to read the platfrom model for NCS540 device.
NSO version : 5.7.1
Device : NCS540
NED : cisco-iosxr-cli-7.38
admin@nso-msl-01> show devices device mydevice platform

platform version 7.4.2
platform model unknown
platform serial-number 1111111
[ok]
i have tried deleting and adding the device and performing a sync-from but still the output is same.
Any help or direction of how to resolve this.
