Hello my name is Tony and I went to optimum to fix it they said I need to go to my Manufacturer this why I am making this chat. Can you please help me?

Would be optimum and Manufacturer device´s name? It is a PacketTracer project? You need to provide more information on what you are trying to accomplish

I have altice Router with optimum plan
I do have access to router at home but I can't access my router settings
(I don't know the software version)

But this is not cisco router. You are probably accessing the Service Privider router.
Do you have any Cisco device that you need help with?
