Cisco Air-Ap1852E-E-K9

Saludos,
Enrique P.

We have a working Cisco Air-Ap1852E-E-k9 access point. Its local IP is 192.168.1.34 and it filters devices by MAC.

The devices that connect are old Windows Terminals and when we try to access the Cisco gateway, it runs fine.

From other computers, since we are not within the authorized MACs, we cannot enter.

What I can do?

Greetings,

Enrique P.

Hi

You need to identify the Mac address of those others computers and add it to the mac address filter list on the Access Point.

Do you have access to the Access Point?

Hola.

Hi.

The Cisco Air-AP1852E-E-K9 model, when trying to configure it, we get the CiscoAirProvision WiFi network, we connect without problems and configure the AP, once we confirm with all the data entered so that the AP restarts with new data the AP starts flashing red. Once that has passed, we no longer get any of your networks, neither the CiscoAirProvision nor the new one configured, we can only reset it and re-enter the data.

We are in a loop.
