I'm afraid I'm stuck; this morning I came in and my Cisco Secure Endpoint client stated it was disabled. I tried rebooting and restarting the service, but no luck. When I tried restarting the service it says it can't find the file it needs. So, I decided to uninstall the program and reinstall it. It uninstalled fine, but when I went to reinstall it gives me an error. The error reads that upgrading from versions prior to version 6 is not supported and I should uninstall my old connector. I'm not sure where this version is. I don't see it in control panel. Even when I remove files from Program Data and Program Files it still says the old connector is there.
Is there a cleaner tool for Cisco Secure Endpoint? How do I get out of this limbo and remove it completely or get it to update?
