Is there a way for me to use a bluetooth headset with the CP 8811 phone? 

My phone is connected through the Cisco Jabber app and my bluetooth headset is connected but I am unable to answer calls through the headset.

your question is a little confusing
you ask about connecting a bluetooth headset to a CP8811 phone
an then about Bluetooth and cisco Jabber app
the CP8811 and the Jabber app are two different devices in the call manager
they may share a common number but that's all
your CUCM administrator needs to enable the bluetooth headset in the device profile

if they share the same number then you do not need to connect the headset to the physical phone, you can wait untill the Jabber app rings
if they do not share the same number, then you need a headset that supports two bluetooth connections
